Her current area of interest is working with combat veterans who are dealing with PTSD, domestic violence and mental health issues. She has extensive experience working with the veterans experiencing PTSD and their family relationships. Dr. England spearheads both family violence prevention as well as suicide prevention programs. 2:15– 3:15 – Panel- Veterans and Disability Resources Kristina Wiley, MA, LPC, CTT Mrs. Wiley conducts individual and group outpatient counseling with children, adolescents, and adults. Her professional interests include the physiology and psychological effects of trauma and anxiety disorders; specifically, Post Traumatic Disorder in adolescents and adults. Captain Luis Carlos Montalvan is a decorated veteran (Bronze Star) of the Iraq war, soon to a Graduate of Columbia University School of Journalism and his Service Dog, Tuesday, were the inspiration for the Service Dogs for Veteran Act which sailed through Congress last summer.
